The Club House is at the heart of the Shepard’s Cove community and offers over 6,000 square feet of beautifully designed and adorned space. The Club House offers residents a chance to work out in the fitness room, play a game of Eight Ball in the game room, to borrow a book from the lending library and find a quiet nook to read, to hold catered events in the great room, bar and lounge area, or simply enjoy a roaring fire on a crisp autumn evening. Events offered have ranged from a wine tasting, a class on the art of cooking with chocolate, lectures, movies and SuperBowl parties, to community wide potluck celebrations.
Whether for fitness or for peace of mind, bird-watching, or scouting a scene for your next photograph or watercolor, our network of walking trails will take you past some of the most beautiful views in Kittery. The gentle pathway curves along Spruce Creek and through the lovely Shepard’s Cove woods.

Our private dock is an ideal spot to launch a canoe or kayak or to pick up guests for a sunset sail or a fishing trip out into open water. The Shepard’s Cove boathouse has storage for 44 non-motorized boats, and is just steps from the dock.
